I was there just after New Year’s this year; you’re a thousand times right about winter. It didn’t snow (heart breaking) but it was relatively tourist-free (as it gets… which isn’t very). I accidentally ended up on the Charles Bridge at night once, when it was empty and eerie and sensational. And it’s so cool you went backpacking with your ma! I mean, I love mine to death, but backpacking with her? That’s something else.
